Following The Leader
In essence, the mission of Following The Leader is to help people figure out what they want to be when they grow up! FTL exists to help individuals and organizations find clarity of purpose and experience change in their relationships by making service their contribution. "Don't spend your time; invest it. That's how God gets a return out of you."
Their target audience ranges from school age minors (14-18 years) to non-profit leaders and the incarcerated male population of Baltimore. They needed a mature, yet approachable logo and brand that speaks of the experience, inspiration, and expertise they bring to coaching and leadership. The footprints symbolize following in the paths of leaders that have gone before us and in stride with the ultimate leader of the Christian faith — Jesus Christ. The brackets represent necessary boundaries, yet with gaps to provide room to grow and develop.
